Other Attorneys
We regularly co-counsel and collaborate with other "specialist" attorneys as needed, primarily when our clients need highly specialized counsel for personal injury, domestic relations and real estate issues, especially mineral rights.
Nationally, we have working relationships with attorney colleagues throughout the United States through attorney organizations and "think tanks" to which we belong, especially WealthCounsel and ePlanners Educational Alliance. Should one of our client matters require the services of an attorney licensed to practice in another State (such as our snowbird clients in Florida, or family members of our clients wherever they may be living), we are able to co-counsel with, or refer cases to, out-of-state colleagues when circumstances warrant.
